Welcome

Hello, welcome to my universe. My name is Thomas. The blog title refers to a phrase my father used to say to us as we were growing up and becoming responsible young people. I have taken it with me as I ventured into my life of ups and downs. Home is now Richmond, VA but I have lived in many of the east coast states. I'm 42, single, own my own home and share it with my dog Solomon, a German Shepard. I will blog about most things probably; sometimes serious and other times to play devils advocate. My interests vary and I'm open to trying new things. If I'm not interested, I'll tell ya. But it might mean that I'm not interested "now," I might be later.
